Robot Interoperability for Collaborative Applications
Join us for the first meeting to discuss the creation of a new framework for robot interoperability that facilitates collaborative tasks with people and other platforms. It's a very exciting time to be in robotics, with dramatic shifts in form factors, use cases, and software architectures. In order for the next generation of robotic systems to interoperate effectively, a framework must be put into place that lets robots communicate information beyond basic state and status information. The goal of this first meeting is to establish a shared vision and scope of this effort. The emerging robotics landscape is vast and diverse, but an effort like this must be focused to succeed. The scope will principally include platforms whose tasks require interaction with humans or other robots, providing means to communicate concepts like intent and uncertainty. We have a strong list of interested parties, many of whom contributed to the MassRobotics AMR Interoperability Standard. However, we...

America's Next Top Modeler - Context Engineering Hackathon
Most hackathons are demo days. This is not a demo day. This is a competition of pure engineering quality — with prizes (latest NVIDIA hardware and over $15k in OpenAI credits) going to the top three finalists. We've designed a hackathon to answer one question: Can you build an AI agent that is objectively useful? We all have our favorite frameworks and "hobby horses." Are you convinced that DSPy, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex is the true secret sauce? Do you believe that running 10 agents in parallel is the key to productivity? It's time to find out. This event invites you to put your beliefs and your code to the ultimate test. We're challenging you to build Context Agents that can reliably extract, transform, and reason over the complex, messy, and diverse data that simulates real enterprise environments. About The Event Join us for a full-day hackathon designed for AI builders and practitioners. From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, participants will dive into hands-on challenges centered ...
